Deep Tissue Massages

Has anyone ever had a deep tissue massage or a cupping massage?
If so did you like the results, did it help?
I’ve had a deep tissue massage!
It’s very relaxing and stress relieving, a bit painful at times but the end result is great!
Never had a cupping massage… don’t even know what that is actually. But I can recommend the deep tissue massage.
