Advice on how to hold a Spa evening. please help!?
we are hoping to hold a spa evening in our school hall to raise money for world challenge. However we’re unsure on:
-how much to charge
-what other ways we can make additional money, other than the obvious raffle ect. -
- how to organize the Spa Treatments to that people arent waiting around for long
-what treatments have worked well
-any one who has organized, or been to one of these please give us some tips on how to make it an evening to remember.
Thank you ![]()
Hi! I’m an Esthetician at a spa and we have Spa Parties all the time. When we have large groups come in we usually just do mini treatments because if you were doing full services it would take forever! We usually do things like hand and foot Massages or polish changes. We also include a salt scrub in our hand and foot massages but you want to make sure you have a place where they can rinse it off. We also put out little snacks and drinks so people can nibble and mingle while they are waiting to have their services done. We may also have draws for people to win products or free service at the spa. We normally charge about $40 per person which covers the cost of food and also makes profit. Make sure the place smells nice and calming and that the lighting and music resembles a spa like atmosphere as well. Our clients love when we have nights like this and always ask when our next one is going to be
Hope everything works out! Get back to me if you have anymore questions.
