Spa Weekend

Spa Day or Spa Weekend Getaway?
I live in chicago and would like to look into going to a spa for a weekend or even just overnight. I would be willing to travel as well to a spa getaway. The thing is, however, is that I don’t want to make it an extremely expensive trip. I was hoping to do it with my mom. Any suggestions of places that are good, nice, relaxing but won’t cost an arm and a leg?!
In town you can go to the Dana spa and hotel on State St. If you want to travel the Kohler Spa in Sheboygen, WI is wonderful too.
