Lemon Detox Drink is one of the perfect detox drink recipes which help in liver detoxification. It is a liver detox diet which destroys the toxins in your body and thus reduces weight. This recipe is very simple recipe and is crucial if you want your desired final result. The ingredients that are used in lemon detox recipe as follows:

1. Fresh lemon juice -2 tablespoon

2. Dark maple syrup- 2 tablespoon

3. Cayenne pepper- 1/10 teaspoon

4. Water

Mix all the three ingredients and then add water to mix all together. When you take this drink first time you may find cayenne pepper a little hot in case if you do not eat spicy. However when I took it first time I was surprised because I did not get it hot and add more cayenne pepper in this detox to make it strong. It is one my favorite detox drink recipes.

When you start with this lemon detox drink you have to drink 6 times in a day. However 8-12 times of its intake is ideal. But with this drink it is also necessary to take lots of fresh water throughout the day.

Whenever you start feeling hungry, you should take this drink. You must take this drink in your regular meal time. On taking this type of detox drink recipes may be your hunger pain reached at bay very soon. But after 3 days you will feel automatically that your hunger pain is reduced very much. But there are 1 out of 4 people who every time say that they have hunger pain throughout a day.

It is necessary that each drink should be made fresh. Always use fresh lime juice rather than canned lime juice. However it is not possible sometime to make fresh drink because of work load. But you can try and maintain the cleaning power of lemon enzyme, give attention to the mixture of maple syrup and lemon juice. Add water to this concentrate when you want to drink it.

There are some tips while you are planning to take detox drink recipes. When you are planning to take 3 drinks of lemon detox drink then you would require making concentrate of 6 tablespoon of lemon juice and 6 tablespoon of maple syrup.

1. Schedule your appointment on a day that is not very hectic. A weekend free from all work and plans is ideal since this will allow you more time to relax before and after a session.

You see them all over TV and the internet. “The only way to detox is the new blah blah blah.” They claim to be the latest and greatest in your body detox program, but are they actually worth it? Learn about some of the greatest fads in natural body detox today and if they are worth looking at.

So let’s talk about your feet for a minute. Your feet? Yes. Many people involved in a whole body detox like to do a detox foot bath. This is not the same as the plastic massaging foot bath you got for Christmas that you never use. A detox foot bath uses a metal container that puts an electric charge in the water. This charge doesn’t hurt you, but binds to the toxins in your body and carries them out through the pores in the feet. Many people say this foot bath works well. But in any natural body detox, removing toxins is pointless if you are just going to put them back in your body. So yes, you may remove toxins through the hundreds of pores in your feet but if you put them back in, you are kind of defeating the purpose.

Now what about the whole juice diet craze. It’s similar to a fast, except that you are allowing your body the nutrients from the juice. This is a great way to cleanse the system. However, you don’t want to do it for longer than a couple of days. You would be depriving yourself of other needed vitamins and minerals if this is all your natural body detox consists of. Doing this for more than a day or two can have negative effects on your overall health and that is the opposite of what a detox is about.

Speaking of fasting, what about purging? This is where you bulk up on fiber, laxatives, or supplements to keep you in the bathroom for the better part of your natural body detox. This is one body detox tip you want to avoid. Yes, it is important to stay regular. But besides putting yourself at risk for bulimia and possibly harming your colon, purging doesn’t do much at all. When you purge, your body isn’t going to get rid of only the toxins and keep all the healthy stuff. It’s going to get rid of everything and leave you feeling sick and weak. While these can be normal side effects of a healthy body detox program, don’t fool yourself into thinking that purging is the way to go. Cleaning your colon should be done gently. The stories of years of toxic build up in your colon have no validity, so there is only so much you can clean out anyway.

Make sure when looking at a fad that you check credible research to find out if this is something that is here to stay.
