Is this Vulpix worth it?

I was just wondering if i should keep training this vulpix and eventually use my firestone on it to evolve it into a ninetales.

Ev training was 252 Speed, 156 Special Attack, and 100 HP.
The stats are below:

Vulpix (F) LV. 37
Timid Nature
Flash Fire Ability

HP———88
Atk——–39
Def———37
Spa——-66
SpD——-55
Speed—-89

Please give me your opinions/suggestions on if I should continue to train this vulpix into a ninetales, and, potientally, ‘waste’ or ’successfully use’ my firestone.

Definitely keep training it, it will get some speed attributes to it that Ninetales could not get, after a while you should use the Firestone, but wait a while first.
